What can you use the app for?

RelateIQ is a lead and pipeline management software based on the concept of “relationship intelligence”. The software syncs data between contact lists, emails, and other sources to provide up-to-date information on the interaction history and current contact status of all your leads and accounts. RelateIQ tracks all email communications - automatically updating information and sending task reminders - to ensure sales reps never forget to follow-up, respond to, or check-in with their prospects and clients.

RelateIQ uses data science and unique algorithms to help sales teams to stay on top of their communications with clients and leads. The app offers recommendations on how to prioritize your communications based on important relationships, their statuses, and the length of time since your last interaction. You can assign relationship statuses manually to each of your contacts, you can also define a number of other intelligence fields, such as days of inactivity. The contact lists can be sorted and prioritized by any of these fields, and then shared with your colleagues.

Along with providing a method to prioritize and track all email communications, RelateIQ offers a way to communicate account statuses with team members and new hires. Information is gathered from email, calendars, contact lists, and social accounts and then consolidated and sorted in RelateIQ. This data can be shared with whoever you decide in your team. You can use the data to find the closest connection in your company to an existing account and the last interaction a customer had with your company. Managers can use RelateIQ to remind their reps to follow up on communications, as well as for pipeline reporting and team performance reports.
